All their project managers (Roberto, Rocio and Carlos) are all customer centric and work their best to earn my trust. They would stay on track, on schedule and on par and would keep their promise to come back to complete punch list and follow through.

I am 100% satisfied with their service. Water damages caused me huge inconvenience and despair for 2 months but thanks to American Family Insurance and Georgia Water & Fire Restoration to walk through this process with me. They work seamlessly so that I have one central contact point and peace of mind.

Georgia water and fire restoration repaired water damage in our home. They replaced floors, carpets and cabinets. The work was done very professionally and the work crews were courteous and efficient. The team leader was Roger Amoreli. Roger did a great job of meeting our needs and taking care of other items that needed attention during the restoration. Other team members were Glenn Haney, Rocio, Carlos and Marco. It was a pleasure to have them working on the projects as the job continued.

I am very pleased with this company. Everyone that I have talked to has been as helpful and courteous as can be. The workers Aldo and Alex show up on time everyday, work hard and do quality work. Others that I have met do as well, though I don't know their names. Diego, the project manager has been very attentive and helpful, answering my text messages usually within minutes. Tammy and Tamela in the front office have been instrumental in working with the insurance company to make sure everything goes smoothly. Let's face it I am a fan. I highly recommend this company.👍👍

We had an amazing experience with GA Water & Fire. Our PM, Roberto, was top notch and his communication throughout our process was superb. Experiencing a house fire was rough, however, working with such a professional and personable team and construction crew made it way less stressful. From our initial communication with Roberto and the manager (who personally responded to my call on his off day) through the completion of repairs, GA Water and Fire made us feel like family.
